1. Baby Bear is committed to providing the highest quality classes for all our families.

We are committed to the safety of all persons who attend our lessons and to deliver the highest standard of service.

Participating in a Baby Bear class is entirely at your own risk without any proven negligence, breach of duty of care or lack of due diligence by Baby Bear. Your participation, or that of your spouse/partner, your child, or those in whose care you have placed your child at a Baby Bear session, is done so entirely at your and their own risk.

2. Payment

​

Payment is through our online booking system.      

Your place will only be confirmed on full payment. If you pay by the online booking system, you will be sent an automated confirmation.

3. Refunds

​

Your course may be cancelled due to Covid, we will not be issuing refunds if we have to close due to Government guidelines, all classes will be continued online where you will have access to our Online Members club . This will give you access to pre recorded and live sessions for all classes we teach anytime. With the exception of Baby Bear explorers and stay and play sessions, these will be postponed until we reopen as it is not possible to teach them online.

We cannot not offer you refunds for sickness and classes missed due to holidays.

5. Cancellation of classes

​

Under usual circumstances and in the unlikely event of a class being cancelled, the session will either be taken by another member of our team or you will be offered a catch up session. However, if sessions are cancelled due  Covid 19, you will be required to take your outstanding sessions online.  

Current guideline state we can open in Tier 3

Tier 4 or national lockdown, Baby Bear's den will close and classes will go online, via Online Members club. 

Baby Bear explorers and stay and play will be postponed to a date when we reopen ,  if we have to close due to Covid restrictions as they can not be taught online. 

 

6. Twins discount

Baby Bear offers twin discount for our Newborn Courses and up to the age of 9 months.  From this age additional sibling charges will apply. Please contact me if you wish to book twins on a course.

7. Illness

​

If your child is ill, please refrain from bringing them to the session.

If you are unwell and showing symptoms of covid, please contact me as soon as possible.

​

8. Medical Conditions

​

We ask for you to disclose any medical conditions or allergies in the sign-up form that we require you to complete before attending our sessions.

9. Data Protection

​

You information will be kept confidential by Baby Bear and will not be passed on to a third party.

​

10. Videos, photographs and confidentiality

​

Videos and pictures may be taken from time to time of you and your child during the class (providing it doesn’t interfere with the activity). We encourage you to take pictures of your little ones enjoying themselves, but please be mindful of others and their privacy wishes.

11. Property and belongings

​

Any property left in prams or bags is at the owner’s risk and is not the responsibility of Baby Bear.

​

12.  Health and Safety, Hygiene and Safeguarding

​

Baby Bear routinely cleans equipment between every session, we  check and update  equipment to ensure you have the highest quality resources for your session. Risk Assessments are completed for each class prior to usage. All Baby Bear staff have been DBS checked. 

All classes have been risk assessed and follow a strict covid policy. see below.

13.  Changes to Terms and Conditions

​

From time to time, Baby Bear may update their terms and conditions.
